Account Deletion

1. Overview

If you have created an account in any Skychrolon Innovations application, you can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data using the methods below.

This page is provided to meet Google Play account deletion requirements for apps published by Skychrolon Innovations, including current and future applications such as SkyVidya.

2. Delete in the App

If the app includes an in-app deletion option, follow these steps:

• Open the app and sign in to your account.
• Go to Profile, Settings, or Account.
• Select Delete Account.
• Review the confirmation message and complete the request.

If an in-app deletion option is not yet available, you can request deletion through email using the process below.

3. Delete by Email

Send your request to skychrolon@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following details so we can locate your account safely:

• Your registered email address
• Your username, employee ID, student ID, or organization name if applicable
• The name of the app in which the account was created
• A short statement confirming that you want the account permanently deleted

4. Data We Delete

Once your request is verified and approved, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account, which may include:

• Profile information such as name, email address, and login details
• User-generated content linked directly to your personal account where deletion is technically and legally permitted
• Stored preferences and app-specific account metadata

5. Data We May Retain

In limited situations, we may retain certain records after account deletion if retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or dispute-resolution purposes.

• Transaction or billing records where required by law
• Security logs needed to investigate abuse or unauthorized access
• Minimal backup data until scheduled backup rotation completes

6. Processing Timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days after identity verification, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
