By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any application or service provided by Skychrolon Innovations ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of our services, including users of applications published on the Google Play Store and any web services we operate.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Skychrolon Innovations develops and maintains mobile and web applications. Our current and upcoming services include:

• SkyVidya — an Education Technology and School ERP platform (currently in development)
• SkyNira — a water delivery and local services platform
• Future applications and web services as announced on our website

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

Some of our services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without written permission

6. User Content

For services where you may enter or upload data, you retain ownership of that data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of any content or data you enter into our systems.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features of our services may require payment or subscription. If applicable:

• Prices are displayed in the relevant currency and are subject to applicable taxes
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• Refunds are provided at our discretion, in accordance with applicable consumer laws
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skychrolon Innovations and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
